Gayle invented the iconic SHERPA bag — creating the soft-sided pet carrier category — and led a successful business for decades that she started from scratch. Now, she continues to advocate for a world that responsibly welcomes pets wherever their humans go, and advises companies and government agencies on pet-friendly policies, just like she did starting with American Airlines years ago.

Gayle regularly meets with legislators and leaders of brand name companies as well as heads of airlines, hotels, resorts, restaurant owners, fashion icons, media gurus and of course key influencers throughout the dog and cat world.
